Urban Outfitter Long-Sleeved Cinched Blouse

This sky blue cinched blouse is so beautiful, especially if you are going for the classic, elegant, and fluttery look. The sleeves are small versions of poet sleeves and have ribbons on the ends to tie it if you wish. The center of the shirt has an adjustable cinch that you can change the length of the shirt with and tie at the bottom as well. It runs small, so I am a M and I bought an XL and it fits me perfectly. The fabric does wrinkle easily so I would suggest always hanging it up.
