emswardrobe22 @colleenmw1 Hi! No, these shorts don’t roll down and are permanently sewn in the ‘rolled up’ position. As for the rise measurement, I’m not quite sure, but from the cross section of the crotch seam to the top of the front waist band, it’s 12 inches! Hopefully that helps!
