Off-White, Cream Flowy Top from Urban Outfitters. The Brand is ‘Out From Under’. It’s an oversized fit with a raw hemline at the bottom. There is a lot of extra fabric at the bottom. There is a twisted hemline at the neck and sleeves. Very cute top. :) I have loved it a lot! Good condition.
