Label says size 30 but it measures as 32. Reposhing this item I purchased from @trishtrishxx. Just tried on, turns out high-waisted doesn't look good on me! New with tags! Tag on waist shows wear, pictured. 79% cotton, 19% polyester, 2% elastane. Some stretch. Approx. Measurements: waist: 16" frontrise: 11.5" inseam: 28.5" cuff: 5.5"
