Reposhing this item I purchased from @bostonchic_. Loved it, but didn't fit me quite right. Ready to rotate for something new. Medium sized skirt from Urban Outfitters measuring 14" across the waist and 17" in length. Material composed of polyester and spandex with silver grommet rings and a side tie. Machine washable. Zipper tested and works perfectly. Skirt is fully lined and hits mid-thigh.
