ssdorris3 @mariannasm I think it could definitely fit a small due to the stretch, as long as you don’t have a large chest because then the little cinched band will be across your chest rather than under it

ssdorris3 @mariannasm it’s about 11.5-12” across, I posted a picture so you can see. It also stretches comfortably to about 14”
