Urban Outfitters Blue Slip Dress with Slit

Jaw-dropping royal/cobalt blue slip midi dress by urban outfitters. This dress has been worn only once and is in new condition! It has ties to cinch the dress at the waist. The slit is not super high - just enough to show some leg. The dress is a size small and is shown on a size small (US 4/6) model. In my opinion, it fits more like an XS and would have a loose, more natural fit on a US size 2 or 4. #urbanoutfitters #slipdress
