Urban Outfitters Boho Dyed Top/Kimono/Overlay Dress

Not quite sure what to call this, it’s not quite a dress bc you’d have to wear pants or shorts underneath. It’s super unique and fun! Material is light and airy, drawstring empire waist. How cute would this be for a boho or even country look with boots?!very good condition but does have a couple of teeny tiny holes in the back (see pics) and one along front seam that should be an easy fix.
