Urban Outfitters | Cheap Monday Kari Skirt

NWT. Voluminous semi sheer circle skirt with a ruffled paper bag style waist. Hidden back zipper. Unlined. Does not come original waist tie, but that does not affect wear. Tag label says the color is red, but it’s more of a orange/coral color in my opinion. I would consider this a longer midi skirt... I’m 5’4 and it hits about 6” above my ankle when worn high-waisted.
