🍒Urban Outfitters Cherry yellow mini sun dress

This is from last summer’s UO collection! I haven’t worn it because it’s a bit too big for my waist. It’s 100% cotton and super breathable, has a shirred back to accommodate larger chests, and a cute little ruffle edge. It is an off the shoulder fit. Please see pictures for measurements, it’s about mid thigh on me and I am 5”4. The waist has NO stretch, but there is a bit of an hourglass shape so it fit my 39”-40” hips.
