Never worn, only tried on. Stays up fairly well. No padding, but there is an accessible pocket where you can put in your own cups (I removed the ones they came with because they were pitifully small and shapeless). I would recommend this for 34-38 band sizes. I’m a 38E and I would cap it at that even though the spandex is very accommodating and forgiving.

@molaguez1 as far as bandeaus go, these stayed up pretty well. I think it would also vary from person to person. In my opinion, I don’t think it would stay up well on anything smaller than a 34 and I think a 38 is the highest end of what these were meant for. And definitely at least a C cup. The best fit would probably be a 36 band.
