This beautiful romantic cream lace tier skirt is from Urban Outfitters Brand, Staring at Stars. It has a slip underneath. This skirt has 5 tiers of lace ending with a scallop bottom. It has an elastic waist band. I’m 5’4”, when worn, the skirt falls to my knees.
