UO embroidered black peplum top with sheer balloon sleeves. V neck with lace/ruffle hem. Embroidery detail runs the length of the sleeves. Great condition! Slight wrinkle can be easily steamed away. Fit: The front chest area is lined but the rest is somewhat sheer. I’m a 32B and it was pretty loose in the chest area for me. Size small but can fit a medium due to the relaxed fit and elastic waist!
