Urban Outfitters Emily Smocked Off the Shoulder Blue Floral dress in a size Small. THE CUTEST AND COMFIEST DRESS OF YOUR DREAMS!! This is probably my favorite dress that I own but it’s a little too small for me now unfortunately. Only worn a handful of times and it’s in perfect condition! The off the shoulder look accentuates your color bones and shoulders and looks breathtaking! It’s smocked at the top including the sleeves so it stays up without a hassle. The bottom flows out to a nice mid length and even has an added layer so it isn’t see through in the slightest without being too heavy(: the blue floral print on it is mesmerizing and I’m so excited for someone else to enjoy it as much as I have!
