bust (pit to pit): 15", this expands! it fits my 42" bust with the stretch.
width of ruched top: 14", but stretches.
the bottom half is a full circle skirt.
this is a VERY beautifully constructed dress from En Saison. it didn't suit my body type and I wasn't able to return it within the return window.
i hope someone else gets to enjoy it :)

@ellebell88keys Hello! I have no idea about that aspect, but I will note that the top half is an elasticated material as seen on picture 2. There is enough stretch in this top that it might be able to do that as well. It is a 14" bustline measured flat, so even though that is a 28" bust with no stretch, it can definitely stretch to accommodate a higher bust (mine is 40").
