Urban Outfitters brand Lucca Couture dress. White with little pale blue flowers and yellow & green leaves. Super cute with a denim jacket! Skater skirt with lots of movement. Tagged a size Small. Lined bodice and a two layer skirt. Thin, adjustable straps. Metal zipper on the back with a hook&eye closure at the top. Flat lay measurements: length from strap to hem is 30", waistline is 15", and pit to pit is 13". Model is size 4 and 5' 7" tall. Pre-loved condition, doesn't fit me anymore. There is one discolored spot on the back bottom right part of the skirt, in photo 2. Not very visible when worn because of the flow of the skirt.
