Urban Outfitters Hawks navy dress

This silky deep blue dress featured a patterned asymmetrical bib collar that flutters across the chest, with the same subtle pattern extending onto both sleeves. Waistband is ruched and elasticized to create a nice cinched look at the waist. Dress is pull-on, no zippers or buttons. Dress originally purchased at Urban outfitters!
