Urban Outfitters KimcheeBlue Dress

Only used once!:( Fits so nicely and is very flattering at the waist but I’m 5’10’’ and it’s just a bit too short for me. Length from shoulder straps to bottom hem is 34.5 inches. Open to any offers. My waist is about 26”-28” (depending on how much I eat lol) so it would fit someone with these proportions very nicely.
