Urban Outfitters Kimchi Blue Fit & Flare Floral Dress

UO fit & flare, floral dress - Perfect for Spring! Sweetheart style top has black spaghetti straps. Size XS, fits like a 0/2. She has pockets! Also has belt loops - 2 in front & 2 in back - didn’t come with a belt when purchased, show here with a skinny woven brown belt (not included), but can be worn without. Great condition except for one of the belt loops being a little loose.
