Urban Outfitters Kimchi Blue cream ruched fit and flare dress small Softgirl

This Kimchi Blue dress is cream with silver flecks throughout. The material is ruched and stretchy so it is very forgiving. A sweet jewel can be seen on the 4” zipper and the cutouts in the back form a butterfly shape! This dress is gently worn and is very good condition - There is a small stain on the top of right shoulder. With the ruched material and placement, it is not noticeable when worn (see pics).
