You are looking at a super cute dress from urban outfitters! Worn once for a few hours, it’s in excellent like new condition. It’s really comfortable and super cute but a bit short on me (5’8”) SiZe M: back tie is adjustable so can be worn loose or tighter and waist part is elastic on the back so I think it will fit an l as well!
