Urban Outfitters Knit pull on pant XS

28” inseam. Elastic waist. Stretch knit. Cool pattern. Has been hemmed with fashion tape. Could remove and add up to 4” to length. A little frayed on inside of right leg but barely noticeable bc of the pattern and it’s on the inside.
