Urban Outfitters LUX metallic silver brocade pleated mini - Vintage Y2K 2000

I remember exactly when I bought this— the afternoon of January 1, 2000 from an Urban Outfitters in the East Village. Marked down on the rack of New Year's Eve party clothes... and I never wore it. It's been in a box for 23 years. Very thin metallic silver foil material, unlined. With belt-loops and a side-zip. On the paler side of silver (closer to white than dark gray). Four pleats front, four pleats back 15" from waist to hem. Size 7. The brand on the label is "LUX" For partying. For cosplay. For THE FUTURE. FULL DISCLOSURE I can see spots of rust-colored discoloration near the hem that might be a water stain and could come out with gentle washing. (I've increased contrast to get them to show up in the photo) Barely noticeable even when light is shining directly on it and you'd wear this at night anyway, right?
