Urban Outfitters Lace Dress

Got this from Urban Outfitters but the brand is Kimchi Blue. The dress is fitted at the top and flared at the bottom. Beautiful low back design covered with black lace. This item is NWT but there's two tiny holes at the seams of the lace fabric (as pictured), which are not noticeable at all, and could easily be sewed up! Otherwise in perfect condition!
