Urban Outfitters Lace-Up Neck Tunic

This UO top makes an adorable tunic with leggings, and could even be worn as a dress! I'm 5'10 in the photo, for reference. Worn twice, the neckline has a mock-lace up and the 3/4 length sleeves are slightly flared. Size medium, but could be worn a little looser, and also has some stretch.
