This is a beautiful dress I bought from Urban Outfitters several years ago, made by "Lucca Couture." The dress is a gorgeous navy blue with silver elastic belt and accents. I only wore this dress once, for my college graduation, and it has never been worn since. It is in excellent used condition with no major flaws. I absolutely love this dress and hate to see it go, but it simply doesn't fit me as well as it used to.
