Urban Outfitters Maxi Dress

Black dress from Urban Outfitters. Brand new with tags. Both of the sides are scrunched up on the bottom with strings. Super cute dress with little red roses. The only downfall is it’s a little see through and you cannot adjust the scrunches on the bottom. Would look super cute over a white or black long sleeve turtle neck! I am 5’7 and this dress came right above my ankles.
