Black mini dress from Urban Outfitters. Style is a mini/skater dress. Has a high waist and features a chevron-style bust with a raw edge "ruffles" that look almost like pleats - it is very pretty/flattering. The fit is kinda loose but it ties in the back so you can tighten the just/waist area. Size is M, NWT.
