Urban Outfitters Project T Cut-Out Blue Sweater

Urban outfitters sweater that has only been worn a couple times. It is a size medium and is a loose fit style with slits in the sleeves and sides. Super soft, and beautiful light shade of baby blue. Selling because I never wear it (it’s too big on me) and am cleaning out my closet.
