shortcowgirl @lizzymarie12994 Hello, thanks for your interest! Hmm it is lightweight enough to wear in the Spring for sure; the inner gray lining is thin and kind of like a simple cotton dress, and the purple lace overlay is breathable because of the openings. However, I've definitely worn it over tights in the Winter because the double layers make it more substantial. Hope that makes sense!

shortcowgirl @lizzymarie12994 both the inner layer and the lace are very soft as well. It's not an itchy, stiff type of lace at all. And both layers are also stretchy. For reference, the cinched elastic waist can extend maybe 5-6 inches? And the dress in general is slightly stretchy, even the armholes. Let me know if you have any other questions! :-)

shortcowgirl @katiecalhoun Hi, so sorry for the delay! If the dress is laying flat, the waist (at the elastic cinch) is 11" across. If I stretch it out, it goes up to about 17" across. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
