Urban Outfitters Romper

Black ikat print romper. Criss-cross cut out detail in front and back. The cut out in the back dips lower than the front. Each shoulder has 2 buttons so you can get in and out. One shoulder is missing one button (see last picture). I usually pin it with a safety pin 🤷‍♀️ but if you can sew you could probably add a button and fix it!
