Urban Outfitters Rose Dress

UO Really flattering style, slightly longer in the back for coverage. Has adjustable straps, but I loved the length on me at 5'4. I'd say dress length for anyone 5'6 and under. Or could be worn as a tunic length with shorts / leggings 5'7" and up.
