Urban Outfitter, Silence + Noise, blue Ikat, Size 2, scoop neck and deep scoop back with slight bubble skirt hem, and back zipper that ends at hem like jacket. More flattering than it looks on the model, nice tailoring with pleats and seams, beautiful fabric is silky and machine washable, no pills. I really love this dress but the top is too big for me.
