Flattering strip detail, thick and soft poly/rayon/spandex blend material. when laid flat dress measures 17" across the chest, 14" at the waist and 19" at the widest part of the skirt. Shoulder to hem is 33.5" long. Looks almost black in the photos but is grey and white striped.
