Urban Outfitters Silence and Noise sleeveless maxi button up shirt. This is not a dress but it can be if you’re an exhibitionist. Has a denim look to it although very thin. Side slits start at underarm and extend through to bottom hem. Worn once! She’s a little wrinkled from being hung up in a closet but just needs a good steam or ironing. I was clearly too lazy. I am 5’6” and 190 lbs.
