Urban Outfitters - Staring at Stars - blue dress with beautiful embroidery

I love this dress! The embroidery around the bust is so unique and gorgeous. There are 3 areas where it needs to be re-stitched at the hemline. 2 can only be seen at the interior lining and the other is on the side. It’s an easy fix. Other than those 3 spots, it’s in great condition.
