Urban Outfitters Swirl Mini Skirt - Size XS/S

Cute little mini skirt made by Lux and sold at Urban Outfitters. Waist is 13 inches lying flat and has a little stretch to it to pull on and off. The tag has faded but it is definitely fit for XS or S. The bottom of skirt is a balloon type of style with a swirling pattern of brown, peach, and cream. No flaws at all. In excellent condition.
