Urban Outfitters velvet babydoll dress in a stunning teal blue. Shirred through the bodice and part of the sleeves. Fits off the shoulders. In good used condition with one call-out. Some of threading has come off of one of the shoulders (see picture). It has not effected the structure of the sleeve. No stains, no holes.
