Urban Outfitters The Fifth Halter A-Line Dress

Only worn 2x. Purchased a few years ago and it has been hanging up in my closet in great condition. Purchased from Urban and the brand is The Fifth. Features beautiful and unique mesh backing, halter neckline, and A-Line/Skater skirt bottom. Color is navy blue (looks somewhat black in these photos). Fits true to size.
