Urban Outfitters Velvet Mini Dress

Super cute velvet mini dress from Urban Outfitters. It’s a blue-green color with elastic straps. It’s almost a skater style dress that is nice and fitted up top and then flares out at the bottom. Cute for going out! No rips, stains or signs of wear aside from some fraying at the end of the elastic strap on the inside (shown in last photo). Does not impact wear. Size extra small fits dress size 0-2, does have some stretch to the fabric.
