Urban Outfitters Velvet Romper

Worn Once. Like-New condition. XS-TP Beautiful gem-toned wine/burgundy color. Lovely for fall and winter formal functions, holiday parties, etc. I got so many compliments on this romper when I wore it to my sorority’s valentine’s day formal. Would be lovely at a Christmas party too!! Fits super well, stretchy smocked bodice gives some wiggle room on the size. Short, mini length, very flattering with heels.
