Urban Outfitters Yellow Puff Sleeve Dress

Very cute paisley-like design dress with puffed sleeves and a ruched, fitted top. The sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder and this dress can fit M/L and maybe XL too. No stains, snags or tears and it’s never been worn (I ordered this online to originally wear as a graduation dress but ended up going with something else).
