Urban Outfitters black and white floral dress

Urban Outfitters (UO) Kimchi Blue black and white floral patterned flowy dress, hits mid-thigh (knee length on me, who’s 5’1”). Side zip with eye hook closure. Very light, great for summer party but can also be dressed up for work. Slight ruffle detailing near neckline, including a ruffle across the back.
