Urban Outfitters black scalloped cocktail dress

Very beautiful black cocktail dress. Zipper is on the side and it is a stretchy material. Extremely comfortable but just a little too short for me unfortunately. I am 5’5. It fits great everywhere else so I would suggest not to buy unless you are about 5’3 or under (would fit small or XS). There is a small tear in the very top (see photo) but you cannot tell while wearing or unless you are looking extremely close. Love this dress, wish it wasn’t too short on me!
