Urban Outfitters blouse

Adorable mixed fabric button down blouse from Lux, purchased at Urban Outfitters. It is officially a Medium but runs small since it is long and fits over your hips; there is no stretch in the fabric. The UO website said size up, so I'm listing this as a Small; check the measurements. Two materials: 100% cotton and 100% silk. Polkadot fabric is semi-transparent. Length: 26.5, bust: 18.5, bottom hem width (fits over hips): 18.5. Did I mention it's adorable?!? Get it! Worn once, like new! 🦄🦄🦄
