Urban Outfitters mini dress

Urban Outfitters speckled/floral mini dress! Funky inverted neckline, ruched waist, left side zipper with hook closure, adjustable straps, and a tie back to tighten/loosen the bust! Flat measurements: Bust- 20 inches Waist- 17 inches Hips- 28.5 inches Length- 34.5 inches This is a little big for me in the bust (I’m a 38C), but the tie back helps. I just wish it wasn’t so short, (I’m 6’1”). Such a fun/unique print/neckline though!
