Urban Outfitters polka-a-dot cocktail dress

See through polka-a-dot mesh on the front and back on the dress. The front black bodice extends to the side, but the side is mesh. Skirt goes to about mid thigh. Would always get so many compliments on this when wearing to weddings/ parties!
