Urban Outfitters ruffle satin romper (one piece)

Top is chiffon; black elastic waistband hits at natural waist; black satin shorts hit just at the thigh. Pockets in shorts. Xs but fits like an xxs. Great with tights for going out! Top is not padded but can be successfully worn with or without a bra.
