Urban Outfitters vintage shop wool mini skirt XS

very cute skirt, high waisted mini wool dark navy blueish grey ish skirt. The tag says US 4 but I think it’s closer to a 0/2. I could zip it up but it was pretty tight on my waist and I’m usually a 4. Bought in the vintage part of urban outfitters this year.
