Urban Renewal Blouse

This vintage reconstruction by Urban Renewal is just darling. It has an open sort of peek-a-boo chest and a small built in collar/strap that buttons around the neck as a fun, yet simple deconstructed fashion-y detail. The sleeves are capped, and the back is cinched for a fitted fit. This top was adored, yet never worn, and is looking for a cute gal to sweep it away for a better life:)
